Hi i,m Jay wooldridge, based in cornwall, england. I currantly practise Aikido at Bodmin, and Tai Chi in St Austell. Having only really begun my training in Aikido i,m very intrested in all the tips i can get especilly in solo training, to improve movement,cordination and speed. Anyway i`m not to good at just writing gumph so hello to you all and i look forward to chatting and learning a bit on the way.
